Dogs In Hot Cars

Leaving a dog (or any animal for that matter) in a parked car during hot weather is not only cruel but can be downright deadly as well.
Even with windows cracked opened - the temperature inside a parked car can raise as much as 40 degrees in as little as 15 minutes.
80 degrees outside can become a staggering 120 degrees inside! Literally baking your animal to death!

In America, so far 14 states have enacted laws that protect dogs in hot cars. But even in places lacking such a law - leaving an animal in a hot car may constitute cruelty.

So please - if you can't take your animal in with you during hot weather - leave them at home. Seriously consider their welfare & not just your own.
